Do you know someone who snores? Statistically, snoring or having someone who snores in your household is a very common situation that can result in lost sleep for everyone.
Snoring can also be one of the first signs of sleep apnoea, a condition that is accompanied by pauses and breaks in breathing. Often this goes undiagnosed, Dr Davies saying, “it is estimated that over 1 million Australians suffer from this condition”.
